A very warm welcome upon arrival. The instructions for a late arrival were clear and well explained. The hotel is quiet and met my expectations.

The room is very spacious, with a lovely view from the balcony. Overall cleanliness was satisfactory, despite a small clump of hair in the wastebasket, which wasn't a problem.

However, the bed's comfort could be improved: the pillows are not up to the expected standard for a 3-star hotel; they are uncomfortable and visibly worn. Another annoying point: the bathroom lighting is only activated by a motion detector, which means you have to slightly open the door while showering to get any light.

The €15 breakfast was a major disappointment: the value for money was clearly poor. The selection was very limited (a few mini pastries, little bread, no yogurt). It's worth noting, however, that the scrambled eggs were very good.

Overall, a decent stay, but several points deserve improvement to be consistent with the advertised standard.

Delicious dinner

A short but absolutely magical stay! The restaurant staff were lovely, and the icing on the cake was Chloé at reception – simply extraordinary! Thank you for this wonderful experience; we highly recommend it! 🤩🤩😍😍

Hotel and Restaurant, everything is very good: rooms, heated indoor pool, restaurant (lake fried fish, frog legs, hot box, vacherin). Friendly and attentive staff.
