Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel et dîner le soir au restaurant. Un petit incident le soir au restaurant mais qui a été vite réparé par le personnel qui est aux petits soins pour sa clientèle. Nous avons demandé au serveur s'il pouvait apporter le plat de notre fils de 6 ans qui s'impatientait (40 minutes d'attente) et suite à notre demande il a été rapidement servi par le cuisinier en chef avec des excuses. C'est très appréciable ! Chambre confortable et petit déjeuner au top! Le gros plus la piscine pour se détendre le soir.

The sign in front of the "Residence Silence" hotel is a misnomer. We had three terrible nights due to noise: first the laundry room's ventilation system, then the noise from the restaurant terrace.
Furthermore, the cost of meals on the half-board plan is higher than if you order the set menu.
We are very disappointed.

Peace and quiet are paramount. This charming hotel is peaceful and located 9 km from the motorway between Lyon and Chambéry.
The rooms are spacious and very functional. The staff is incredibly attentive and welcoming, even with a late arrival (which is quite rare and worth mentioning). The location is relaxing and well-situated. An indoor heated pool adds a pleasant touch of relaxation.
Thank you for this stay; I will return without hesitation and with immense pleasure.
